Chapter 34: Finally Had a Good Bath 

Lu Qiu didn’t notice how she got on the cooking platform, perhaps with sheer determination. She only felt that her feet seemed to have suddenly given birth to a fulcrum when she climbed up. After that, everything went smoothly. 

She walked along the cupboard towards the sink. 

The sink was so huge that she could naturally use it as a bathtub. Her whole body was lying back in the sink. 

She remembered the giant cat extending his paw to the sink to discharge the water. In that case, since her hands weren’t long enough, she could only jump and stand under the tap. 

This faucet’s design was very interesting. It was a cat’s head with its mouth wide and fierce, spitting water from it. She hadn’t realized since she wasn’t paying attention to it yesterday, but today, she found out that this faucet’s cat figure looked somewhat similar to the giant cat. 

As soon as her hands were under the faucet, the water rushed out instantly. The cold water almost poured all over Lu Qiu’s body so she hurriedly dodged to the left. 

But after a while, she discovered that the water was getting warmer, so she went towards the right side while in doubt. The cold water had replaced the hot water again.
 

It turned out that the water faucet here had also adopted the same system from her past. It also had two modes of alternating cold and hot water. 

Lu Qiu walked back and forth, adjusting the water to a suitable temperature. After she filled the sink with enough water, she finally laid down comfortably against the edge of the sink. 

She could finally have a good bath!

Lu Qiu washed her clothes and scrubbed herself right away. As a Northerner1, she wasn’t used to rubbing her body with shower gloves. As she scrubbed her body with her hands, there were a lot of ashes that were washed out. However, there were also red marks appearing on her body.

After she washed her clothes, there was nothing that could help her to wring it out, so it was wet. But she still put the clothes back on her body. 

Although she knew that it would be bad for her health, she couldn’t care much now. Who let her to not have a change of clothes after laundry? 

Actually, Wells watched the little pet standing in the sink, walking left and right, back and forth to fill it, and then soaked herself in with a comfortable face. Seeing that, he couldn’t help moving his nose. He thought his little pet was pretty cute.

After all, there were many kinds of animals; animals with hair and there were also hairless ones, like hairless cats in the family of felines. They would freeze to death if they had no clothes and lived in a low-temperature environment. So, clothes were necessary. 

In the Capital Star, wearing clothes even became a trend. It didn’t matter what race or body type, everyone more or less wore clothes and ornaments that would cover the key parts of the body. This was not only a trend but also a symbol of civilization. 

The self-claimed upper class of Capital Star, from nobles to commoners, proudly wore their clothes as a form of honor.

Some animals weren’t fond of their own fur or skin pattern. They would buy dyes and hair growth agents to change them as their way to customize their outer appearance. 

In the Animal Kingdom, hats, ties, and scarves were all counted as part of clothing. 

Therefore, apart from fur, these were the most purchased items on account of there were many types of designs and were convenient. 

Lined under various accessories was a suit, which was worn on formal occasions and belonged to a very solemn and serious type of clothes. Almost everyone had a set. 

Wells scrolled down for a while before finally seeing a skirt. It was a pink gauze lace dress, this year’s most popular style. It was said that it became popular since it was brought up after a drama starring Pink Pig. 

He imagined the appearance of his little pet in a pink lace dress. Wells, who was originally indifferent to this kind of clothes, couldn’t help but get excited.
