Master Meow - Chapter 25 - Tour from a Cat
Chapter 25: Tour from a Cat
Apart from the room where she lived, Lu Qiu had never visited other parts of the castle.
Although the entire castle was built tremendously, there were no more than ten rooms in total.
Wells lived on the entire top floor of the castle by himself. In addition, he had a room occupying the first floor, which was more than three times the size of Lu Qiu’s room.
The old castle’s tower, the top floor’s room had a skylight attached. When the skylight was opened, anyone could stand directly on the roof without any cover.
Although the castle was sky-scraping to the sky, there were no stairs inside the castle. Usually, Ruth goes up through the rockery of the courtyard or just climbs directly along the uneven walls of the outer wall of the castle. It was almost ninety degrees straight up and down vertically. Had you fell down and escaped death, you would live as well as a half-dead.
Not everyone could fly like Wells.
Right now, Lu Qiu was almost completely buried in the fluffy giant cat’s chest. Her head which was full of questions before, was magically being purified at once. All of her thoughts, her doubts and uneasiness disappeared in a flash.
Who cares whether he is some kind of a robot or not? The fact that I can bury myself in this fluffy chest, is there anything that could possibly be more important?
Lu Qiu could feel herself being buried in the cat’s chest. She was so absorbed in feeling the fluffy fur that Lu Qiu did not even notice that she flew into the air, and the wind blew through her ears.
By the time she was released, she had already arrived in a huge room.
The room was so tremendously huge that it was almost impossible to see where the room ends at a glance. Currently, her sight was already occupied by a huge bed more than six meters wide, or rather a cat’s nest.
The cat’s nest stood still at the center of the house. It was three meters high and was covered with soft cushions.
The windows on both sides of the walls were opened, and from the opened windows you could see the starry sky above. The wind blew in from all directions, and Lu Qiu couldn’t help but lean against Wells again.
It was so cold, a few times colder than where she had previously lived.
Wells pleasantly grunted his throat after seeing Lu Qiu nestled up against him again, as if to say that she was indeed too sticky and too coquettish like a spoiled child.
Once again, he stretched out one of his claws and took her around his chest.
Just like every time when he brought a new pet at home, Wells walked on all corners of the house so that the pet would be familiar with its new home.
Compared to the other rooms in the castle, this room actually had a lot of stuff in it. But because it was too big, the room looked somewhat empty than the rooms downstairs.
Behind the cat’s nest, there was a huge water fountain by the window. It was like an indoor waterfall. The water would flow in from the outside, fall to the sink, and would rise again after its fall.
This was general knowledge. Lu Qiu knew that cats doesn’t like to drink in stagnant water. The water should be poured into the bowl only if it was necessary, if not it was unlikely to be touched.
Further on, she discovered that the house had even built a kitchen. Although she wasn’t sure because it couldn’t be seen properly, but from the shape of the stove and the plates on the table, it must be a kitchen.
After noticing where Lu Qiu’s gaze was, Wells took her into the kitchen.
As soon as the two went in, the kitchen light instantly lit up and a sound rang in the air.
“Good evening, may I ask what you want to eat?”
At the corner of the wall, you could see a robot which immediately started walking towards them.
Lu Qiu stared at the tall robot with four arms. Its shape was weirder than the previous bear robot. This one looked a bit like an octopus.
Wells ignored it and went directly to the pantry where the food was stored.
