Chapter 15: Such a Cute and Innocent Big Cat

Lu Qiu’s skin had become paler and her lips were red after she had fallen ill. Her long black hair scattered on her side which gave the view of an inexplicable beauty.

In fact, the figure and appearance of human beings were not that beautiful in the eyes of giant cats, so Wells couldn’t understand himself and the pleasure he felt when he took care and helped his pet recuperate.

Wells liked Lu Qiu’s long hair very much. Her hair was shiny, thick, strong, and smooth. It’s not fluffy or silky enough but her hair gave him a very special feeling. Even the long-haired hounds of London couldn’t be compared.

Fearing that he would wake Lu Qiu up, Wells stretched out his paws and gently grabbed a strand of her hair. It flowed down from the tip of his claw, like the water flowing in the river.

Lu Qiu’s hair was quite healthy and the title of a bald girl had nothing to do with her. Her long black hair was shiny because of her good maintenance.

However, no matter how good her hair was, she had rolled on the ground for more than a dozen times, the hair was soaked in saliva, washed in river water, and she slept for a long time without combing it. So now, some hair ends had begun to form a knot.

Her scalp began to itch and her hair fell on her shoulders​. Lu Qiu, who was asleep, turned over unconsciously, revealing more hair that was pressed under her body.

Wells’ round eyes shot boldly again. He grabbed a large amount of her hair and wrapped it in between his paws and his pads.

The little fluffy knotted hair was like a ball of ripped yarn which had a special attraction for cats.

It was only a little amusing, not particularly fun. Wells thought.

He bowed his head curiously then licked her hair with his tongue.

The hair was naturally tasteless and the knotted hair even caught his claws.

Wells flicked it a few times but it didn’t loosen.

He squinted his eyes and opened his mouth wide, revealing the dense sharp barbs, which looked like hooks, on his tongue.

This time, the hair that was wrapped around his paws was easily unraveled. However, upon looking at the more entangled hair, Wells pondered for a few seconds. He couldn’t help but pull the hair to the front, he then opened his mouth a little bit and started to sort it out.

It was just that he was too big and the barbed gap on his tongue was too wide. Even after licking for a while, he still did not manage to comb her hair all together. Instead, Lu Qiu’s hair became stained with his saliva.

Wells stared at her slobbered hair which was styled after his own taste. It greatly satisfied him.

Here was his territory. Whether it was the territory or the living creatures living on it, all of them must accept him as their ruler and receive his marking.

However, he was so happy that he failed to notice that the barb on his tongue caught a hairpin, which was so tangled that it couldn’t be smoothed out.

Wells let out a grunt from his throat and raised his head. Not long after, a sorrowful scream was heard.

The tangled hair was not fixed as he expected. On the contrary, his barb had directly pulled out her hair.

There were at least more than ten strands of hair that were pulled out in such a stiff way.

Lu Qiu was awakened by the severe pain from her forehead. It was so painful. Her eyes were covered in tears as she tried to open them.

She couldn’t help but stretch her hands to cover her forehead and curl up into a ball until the pain disappeared for a little bit. After that, she wiped the tears from her face with her arms and looked up angrily.

Upon looking up, she was then confronted by a guilty Wells.

Lu Qiu looked at Wells’ pink tongue that was still sticking out and saw her hair hanging on the terrible barb, dangling.

At this moment, Wells found himself guilty. He placed the fallen hair behind him, hid his tongue, and closed his mouth tightly. He then looked at the sky. Definitely not looking at her.

Lu Qiu: “….”

She thought she was going to be murdered.

Looking at the condemning and accusing gaze of his new pet, Wells whispered, “I will buy you a hair growth agent and they will grow out soon.”

He tilted his head, looked at Lu Qiu for a while, then raised his paw along with the squishy pink pad to gently stroked Lu Qiu’s head twice.

She would die for a giant cat with such a soft cushion pad touching her head gently. The angry Lu Qiu a few seconds ago flew out of the sky like a lightning strike.

Who can bear to blame such a cute and innocent big cat?
