Early in the morning, Abella encountered Mrs. Amerigo, who was about to go out as soon as the sun rose. Mrs. Amerigo hardened her expression. Abella had met Mrs. Amerigo while travelling from the outbuilding to the main building to handle her work.

Abella stood in front of Mrs. Amergo as if possessed.

A young boy was in Mrs. Amerigo’s arms.
