Turns out that Officer Leo, the one who shipped girls as supplies was the supreme commander of this large base.

Kyle still held his hands up in the air, but unbeknownst to Officer Leo, a card was silently extracted and was held between his fingers.

“Officer Leo…” After waiting for the man to finish communicating with his allies, Kyle spoke indifferently. “Do you know about this saying in my hometown?”
