The award ceremony went on. A few more awards were given out. Next, it was time to announce the winner of the Best Actress award.

There were three drama series being nominated. One of them was starring Qiao Yiren.

The emcee announced the titles of the works by reading from the card. He then said, “Everyone in the audience, please look at the big screen.”

Three behind-the-scenes clips from three nominated drama series would play. Normally, the last one would be the winner.

The clip of the first drama series ended. The second one started playing…

The Qiao and Xia families were not worried whether or not Qiao Yiren would receive the award, because Xia Chuxi already had everything covered.

Qiao Yiren looked towards Su Qianxun with a smug look. The more she thought, the more she became assured. Su Qianxun had only gotten a Best Short Film award; compared to the Best Actress Award, it was nothing!
