Then she heard the rough voice of the man she loved. “Are you intentionally trying to seduce me?” 

Bai Qingyan’s eyes flashed with a sly glint. 

Yes! He bit the bait! 

She didn’t feel the slightest guilt in seducing him. After all, it wasn’t illegal to seduce your own husband. Turning around, she put on an innocent look as she stared at Gu Yezhi. “No, I’m just changing my clothes. Won’t you let me change?” 

Gu Yezhi gave her a long look, examining her from top to bottom. The ink colored hair, coupled with the ink colored shirt, made her face stand out even more. He swallowed once, leaned down and bit her lip, then drew her in for a deeper kiss.

After a quick check of her clothes, Bai Qingyan grabbed her bag and waved at Gu Yezhi. “See you later, Yezhi.” And then she left. 

It was already very late. Bai Qingyan, who had a strong sense of time, didn’t want to be late.

Gu Yezhi stood on the stairs leading to the second floor with his hands resting on the white jade railing. As he stared at Bai Qingyan running away like a rabbit, he couldn’t help but smile. He started moving downstairs but, just as he reached the first floor, he paused. 

He didn’t know what his woman had said to Gu Hang on the phone. It took her a very long time to come back inside. 

His desire to follow Bai Qingyan faded and he turned back, heading toward his study.

Bai Qingyan ran towards the car waiting for her outside the villa, immediately catching Qi Lan’s attention, who looked at her watch before speaking harshly, “Watch it next time.”
 

“Yes.” Bai Qingyan nodded embarrassedly. If she hadn’t stopped to coax Gu Yezhi, she would have already left. She was enthusiastic and lively like fire while her husband was aloof and cold as ice. But her little flames would melt him someday. 

The car quickly arrived at the hotel where the banquet would be held. Naturally, it was the best hotel in Weicheng, the Weicheng Luxury Hotel. 

This hotel belonged to the Gu Family. 

The moment she stepped into the hall, her eyes were filled with spectacular and luxurious surroundings. The attendants of the hotel were all beautiful and full of spirit.
